With 25+ years in aerospace engineering and project management, Van transitioned into residential construction as a second career and became Building Science Engineer. He applies deep technical knowledge and innovative problem-solving to create durable, energy-efficient, and high-performing buildings. Van’s experience as both an investor and builder gives him a unique ability to align construction outcomes with long-term investment goals.
Maria Sheppard
Maria brings a unique mix of design expertise and property management experience. With a background in medicine, art, and design, she creates spaces that are beautiful, balanced, and practical.
