Our team's initial project involved converting a bungalow into Single Room Occupancy Dwellings, which ultimately led to the establishment of our company. Our goal was to create a student rental property located near Algonquin College. The success of this project was a testament to our team's strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and collaborative spirit. The team was responsible for creating new living spaces from bare studs and ensuring that everything, including sound insulation between the units, was taken care of. Sound insulation is usually the most challenging part of the job, requiring patience and meticulous attention to detail.
